| JETMax HS standard waterjet cutting systems have 3 CNC controlled servoaxles and can be utilized for both pure water and abrasive operation. They differ merely in the size of their work surfaces (see Cutting systems/Standard).
All systems can be selected with various options for efficient and therewith profitable processing (see Cutting systems/Options).
Waterjet cutting using a standard JETMax HS waterjet cutting system is really simple. Programming and control of the waterjet are carried out on an easily learned MS-Windows desktop interface.
The screen shows the work surfaces and component contours as they are being processed. The profiles can be shifted around this work surface, or duplicated, turned, or reflected as desired. The positioned cut-parts can be immediately cut with the respectively selected material parameters. Pump pressure and, optionally, the amount of abrasives are set directly in the material list and automatically controlled.
